Yaron Eitan
Chairman of the BoardMr. Eitan is a partner at SCP Private Equity Partners (SCP), having joined the firm with over 15 years of experience in building a number of high-tech companies. Yaron is also Co-founder, President and CEO of Selway Partners, LLC, a technology incubator founded in 1998, and an SCP portfolio company. Selway has built five different technology ventures, three of which are now part of the SCP portfolio.Yaron is Chairman of several companies including DVTEL, INC., ClearStory Systems, Software Technologies, Inc., The Q Group, and Magnolia Broadband. He also serves as a director of XVionics, Inc.Prior to founding Selway Partners, Yaron was founder, Chairman and CEO of Geotek Communications Inc. from 1989 until 1998, Chairman of the Board of Bogen Communications, Inc., and co-founder of Reshef Technologies Ltd. in 1984.Yaron holds an MBA. from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, class of 1984, and an economics degree from Haifa University.

Yoav Stern
President and CEOMr. Stern is the President and CEO of DVTEL and since February 2011, a member of its Board of Directors. He is an investor and has served in an executive capacity in a variety of high-tech companies. He has 20 years of management experience as President, CEO and/or Executive Chairman and has worked with large international corporations and investment firms in the Homeland Security industry including tenure as President and CEO of a $70M multi-national company. Since 1997, Yoav has been Co-Chairman and one of four main shareholders of Bogen Communication International Inc. He has served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Kellstrom LLC, a $200M aviation supply chain management company where he remains a shareholder today.Previously, Yoav was a Founding and Managing Partner of Helix Capital, a private M and A and turnaround advisory firm. He was the President, COO and Director of WordStar International, Inc., a $50M publicly traded software company. He has also held the position of VP Business Development of a multinational industrial investment holding company. Yoav spent 10 years full time and 20 years in reserve services in the Air Force, where he was a Deputy Commander of an F-15 squadron and involved in the management and operations of highly advanced avionics and aerospace technologies.Yoav has a Practical Engineering Diploma in Mechanics and Automation and a B.Sc. Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science with Distinction. He is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and graduate of the Air Force Flying Instructors’ course with Distinction.
Edmundo Gonzalez
Board Member
Mr. Gonzalez joined Selway Capital in 2007. He has completed dozens of transactions including acquisitions for portfolio companies, debt and equity financings and the sale of companies. Edmundo has 13 years of experience in consulting, entrepreneurial management and investing. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Software Technology, Inc. (STI), a portfolio company of SCP from 2004-2007. From 2001-2004, he was COO of TestU, and had numerous roles in the company since its inception in the late 1990s. TestU was sold to STI in 2004. Previously, Edmundo was a Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting (now IBM Business Consulting), where he consulted Fortune 500 clients in the media, telecom and publishing industries.Edmundo has an MBA from Columbia Business School with honors and an A.B. from Harvard University with honors.
Thomas G. Rebar
Board MemberMr. Rebar is a partner of SCP and has been with the firm since its inception. He has more than 18 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyout financing. Thomas is a director of several companies, including Magnolia Broadband, Vis.align, LLC, and Pentech Financial Services, Inc. Prior to joining SCP, he was a Senior Vice President at Charterhouse Inc., the U.S. investment-banking arm of Charterhouse PLC, a leading U.K. merchant bank. At Charterhouse, Thomas was responsible for a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions including representing companies in the purchase and sale of businesses, rendering fairness opinions and business valuations, assisting companies in raising debt capital, and the placement of private equity. Before joining Charterhouse, he was a member of the corporate finance department at Bankers Trust Company.Thomas received his bachelor’s of science summa cum laude from the University of Scranton and his MBA. from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.
Vincent Dicks
Board MemberMr. Dicks is a financial services and business operations veteran having spent more than 20 years at Bear Stearns where he held various management positions as a Senior Managing Director within the firm’s Private Client Services division including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative / Operating Officer, Head of Regional Branches and ultimately Co-Head of the Division. In this role, Vincent reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for the day-to-day management of the $800 million revenue, 1200-employee business. He served on Bear Stearns’ Operations Committee and the President’s Advisory Council. Previously, Vincent spent four years at JP Morgan as part of the Management Training and Development Program. Currently, he is a strategic consultant to small businesses, and an active philanthropist.Vincent received his MBA. from Pace University and has a bachelor’s of science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University College of Engineering.
Lonard M. Lodish
Board MemberMr. Lodish is the Samuel R. Harrell Professor in the Marketing Department of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, where he has been since 1968. Leonard served as department chair from 1984-1988 and 1991-1992 and has previously been a visiting Professor at the Harvard Business School. He has also been Vice Dean for Wharton West, Wharton’s San Francisco campus since 2001.Professor Lodish has developed models and decision support systems that have been syndicated for worldwide use. They include MEDIAC® for media planning, CALLPLAN for sales force deployment, and PROMOTER® and PROMOTIONSCAN® for promotional planning and evaluation. In 1996, Leonard and his wife, Susan, pedaled their tandem bicycle across the U.S. Since that time they have done long distance bicycle rides each year, and raised over $500,000 for the A.L.S. (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) Association. He is a licensed sailplane pilot and ardent bicycle commuter.Leonard received a Ph.D. (Marketing and Operations Research) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management in 1968 and an A.B. (Mathematics) from Kenyon College in 1965.
Alexander Turkot
Board MemberMr. Turkot began his career as a software engineer in the 1980s in the former USSR. From 1990–1998, he worked for IBM on many large IT projects for Fortune 500 companies globally. In 1998, he founded his first start-up specializing in various aspects of IT-consulting and during the next 5 years, Mr. Turkot founded several technology start-up companies.In 2008, he brought MySpace (the world’s No.1 social network platform at the time) to Russia and founded MySpace Russia, a joint venture in partnership with News Corporation — a leading international media holding. He served as CEO and a Managing Partner of the company for the next two years. In November 2010, Mr. Turkot joined Skolkovo Foundation, Russia’s Silicon Valley project, as Executive Director of IT Cluster, responsible for initiation and expertise of the incoming IT-projects. In 2012, he founded “Maxfield Capital”, a 100M Venture Fund focused on early stage IT projects.Mr. Turkot serves as a Member of the Experts Council of Russian Federation Government and holds a M.Sc. in Computer & Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Economics.
Andrew Intrater
Board MemberMr. Intrater has over 25 years of experience in general management, including business and transaction experience gained in leadership roles in the technology and asset management sectors. He has more than 16 years of experience serving on the boards of directors of public companies. He is currently the CEO of Columbus Nova, a position he has held since 2000. He is a former director and current member of the Executive Board of Renova management, a global leader in energy, base metals and mining industries. He founded ATI, the predecessor of Oryx Technology Corp. in 1985. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
