Yoav Stern
President and CEOMr. Stern is the President and CEO of DVTEL and since February 2011, a member of its Board of Directors. He is an investor and has served in an executive capacity in a variety of high-tech companies. He has 20 years of management experience as President, CEO and/or Executive Chairman and has worked with large international corporations and investment firms in the Homeland Security industry including tenure as President and CEO of a $70M multi-national company. Since 1997, Yoav has been Co-Chairman and one of four main shareholders of Bogen Communication International Inc. He has served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Kellstrom LLC, a $200M aviation supply chain management company where he remains a shareholder today.

Previously, Yoav was a Founding and Managing Partner of Helix Capital, a private M&A and turnaround advisory firm. He was the President, COO and Director of WordStar International, Inc., a $50M publicly traded software company. He has also held the position of VP Business Development of a multinational industrial investment holding company. Yoav spent 10 years full time and 20 years in reserve services in the Air Force, where he was a Deputy Commander of an F-15 squadron and involved in the management and operations of highly advanced avionics and aerospace technologies.

Yoav has a Practical Engineering Diploma in Mechanics & Automation and a B.Sc. Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science with Distinction. He is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and graduate of the Air Force Flying Instructors’ course with Distinction.

Zvi PeledZvi Peled
Chief Operating OfficerMr. Peled is a seasoned senior executive who most recently served as CEO of Apollo Network Services, a private company focused on large defense, energy and transportation projects. Previous to that, he was the Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning, for Asia Global Technologies, a large security systems integrator. As CEO of Flash Networks Ltd., Zvi led the company’s business in the merging mobile data wireless market. Other positions he has held include Vice President of R&D, Vice President of Operations and General Manager of the Telecommunications Division of Elbit Systems Ltd. and CEO of Bogen Communications Inc. In his new role, he will serve as COO as well as the company’s Chief Product Officer.
Ami Amir
Executive Vice President of ProductsMr. Amir joined DVTEL in March 2011 and serves as the Executive Vice President of Products. Ami was the founder and CEO of RADVISION (NASDAQ:RDVN), a market leader in voice and video over IP where he grew the business to over $70 million. Previously, he served as the CEO of RAD, Inc. (NJ). Ami has also been a partner in Partech, an international venture capital firm and serves on a number of company boards. He brings with him more than three decades of extensive technical experience, including several years spent in research and development, building large software-based communications systems, Internet-related technologies and real-time, embedded electronic warfare systems, as well as developing various hardware and software products.
Ed Wassall
Vice President of Global Marketing and Hardware ProductsDr. Wassall is responsible for leading and driving global marketing strategies for DVTEL’s IP product and technology portfolio. Most recently, he served as Senior Director, Samsung North America, where he was responsible for IP product management and development. Previously, Ed was Regional Vice President, Security Engineering Solutions at Anixter, and Senior Vice President, National Integration Services for SBC DataComm, a division of Southwestern Bell Communications. He holds a Ph.D in Information Technology from Webster University.
Alice Roth
Vice President of Research and DevelopmentMs. Roth heads DVTEL’s Research, Development and Testing Groups. She has over 20 years of experience in multiple disciplines including complex project lifecycles, operational post-merger integration and product development. Prior to DVTEL, Alice led a variety teams in companies such as Verint, TTI Telecom and iCentric Solutions. Most recently she served in a development role at AMDOCS where she had overall responsibility for design and development of all company projects, M&A and European business strategy. Alice holds a bachelor’s of science in Mathematics and Computer Science and speaks six languages.
Tomer Pinchas
Chief Financial OfficerMr. Pinchas is DVTEL’s Chief Financial Officer. He has been with DVTEL since 2007 as the Controller and Vice President of Finance, managing the majority of DVTEL’s financial and accounting activities. His accomplishments include leading DVTEL’s financial group in the successful merger with ioimage in March 2010. Prior to joining DVTEL, Tomer worked for a number of top public accounting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York. He has a bachelor’s of arts in Accounting.
Yacov Monitz
Vice President of Operations and EngineeringMr. Monitz heads the Operations and Engineering department, which includes logistics, purchasing, manufacturing engineering and RMA activities. He has been with DVTEL since January, 2010 and with ioimage since December 2006.

Yacov has over 25 years of experience in the development and production of military, telecommunications, fabless components, and video components.Yacov has a bachelor’s of science. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Dan Hochberg
Vice President of Business Development and Americas’ Sales and MarketingMr. Hochberg oversees the sales operations for North America in additional to leading strategic business development activities globally. Dan brings broad experience to DVTEL from previous engagements at several technology companies. Most recently he co-founded Axxana, a start-up company in the disaster recovery and business continuity market.

Dan began his career with COMET International where he ran the local US subsidiary, turning it profitable within a short time. He established and ran RADVISION operations in Asia Pacific, where he led the company’s technology and networking solutions divisions. He later served as Vice-President of Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product Marketing for the Technology Business Unit. Dan has a bachelor’s of arts and masters of arts from Keio University (Japan).

Yaron Zussman
Vice President of Sales, ROW and Strategic AccountsAs DVTEL’s Vice-President of Sales for the Rest of the World (outside of North America and CALA) and Strategic Accounts, Mr. Zussman leads the sales efforts and continues his work of establishing partnerships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), end users, security consultants and technology partners. Yaron has been with DVTEL for over 8 years.

Prior to joining DVTEL, Yaron worked for NovaSoft Information Technology as a Management Executive.Yaron holds a bachelor’s of science in Business Management and recently completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA).

Avi Gerbi
Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Managing Director of Asia Pacific RegionMr. Gerbi is responsible for sales within the APAC region. He has accomplished consistent growth of 35% year to year with a focus on maintaining strong personal links to customers and partners to ensure their unique needs are understood and addressed.

In 1999, Avi was responsible for the introduction of NICE Systems’ video solution to APAC. This played a key role in the market’s shift from analog to digital to IP solutions and in the introduction of video analytics. His past experience includes communications intelligence, air traffic control and the development of project management methodologies.

Avi holds a bachelor’s of science. in Electrical Engineering and has worked in the electronics industry for more than 25 years.

David Petrook
Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Managing Director, UK, Europe and AfricaMr. Petrook leads the UK office of DVTEL to provide sales, service, support and operations for the sales of the company’s products throughout the UK, Europe and Africa. Since opening the UK office, David introduced the DVTEL solution and has grown the company’s business to a point where the company is held in high esteem as an industry leader in IP video surveillance.

David has worked in the CCTV industry for more than 25 years. Previously, he was Sales Director at Loronix (now Verint) when digital recording was still in its infancy. David also served as Sales Director at NICE UK. His combined experience in working for both organizations has given him a unique grounding and an unrivalled view of the benefits and advantages associated with the latest in video recording and management technology.


Inderjit Sehrawat
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, India and Gulf Region and Managing Director of DVTEL IndiaSince 2006, Mr. Sehrawat has led the expansion of DVTEL business in India, helping it become a market leader in enterprise-grade IP CCTV.

Inderjit began his career in 1993 in the central services of the Government of India, where he worked in operations, human resources, crisis management, procurement, project management and general management on a national scale.

As one of the founding members of the RailTel corporate team in 2000, Inderjit played a key role in establishing the company as a dominant player in the India telecom carrier space.

Inderjit holds a Masters of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, specializing in Electronics and Communications.

Hans KleinHans Klein
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Central and Latin America (CALA) and General Manager, MexicoMr. Klein leads the sales operation for DVTEL in Mexico, and the Central and South American regions. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Senstar/Magal S3 for Latin America, a position he held for 18 years. In this role, he built the business from a start-up phase to upwards of $17 million in annual revenue and more than 35 employees. Previously, Hans was Director of the Electronic Security Division of Daimler-Benz Aerospace, Mexico, and served in the Special German Police Force for covert operations. He is a graduate of the Higher Academia of Police of Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany and the Mechanical Engineering School in Tuebingen, Baden-Wuerttemberg.
Ed Thompson
Chief Technology OfficerAs CTO, Mr. Thompson is the lead product visionary and has been responsible for the development and production of hundreds of IP video camera and encoder solutions in DVTEL’s extensive portfolio.

Previously, Ed was Director of Technology Development for Tyco/Sensormatic’s Video Products Division, where he was responsible for the development of Sensormatic’s industry-leading matrix systems and dome camera product lines. As a key member of Sensormatic’s Video Steering Committee, he was instrumental in developing the company’s advanced digital architectures.

He has over 30 years of product development and management experience and holds 10 U.S. and International Product Design Patents in the field of Security Technologies.

Maria Cambria
Vice President, Technical Center of Excellence (TCX)Ms. Cambria has served as DVTEL’s Technical Center of Excellence Vice President for more than 9 years. During that time, she instituted the Global Accounts Management Group that successfully assists DVTEL customers with technical support, training and management of the Service and Support Agreement Program.

Prior to joining DVTEL, Maria was one of the founders of NICE Systems’ video over IP group, and as part of her responsibilities, she led the North America technical team, including pre and post-sales support, installation, and training.

Maria has a bachelor’s of science in Computer Science.
